1. Service Refunds

  • Service fees (installation, maintenance, repair) are non-refundable once the service has been completed.

  • If a service is booked and canceled before technician dispatch, a partial refund may be applicable after deducting administrative charges.

2. Product Returns

  • Products such as spare parts, equipment, or refrigeration units purchased through Gayatri Refrigeration can be returned only if found defective or damaged at the time of delivery/installation.

  • Returns must be reported within 7 days of delivery/installation.

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.

  • Refund amount will exclude any delivery, installation, or handling charges.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-built refrigeration units, specially ordered spare parts, and consumables (such as refrigerants) are non-returnable and non-refundable.

5. Warranty Claims

  • Products covered under manufacturer warranty will be serviced or replaced as per the warranty terms.

  • Gayatri Refrigeration will assist customers in claiming warranty support.
