1. Service Refunds

Service fees (installation, maintenance, repair) are non-refundable once the service has been completed.

If a service is booked and canceled before technician dispatch, a partial refund may be applicable after deducting administrative charges.
2. Product Returns

Products such as spare parts, equipment, or refrigeration units purchased through Gayatri Refrigeration can be returned only if found defective or damaged at the time of delivery/installation.

Returns must be reported within 7 days of delivery/installation.
3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.

Refund amount will exclude any delivery, installation, or handling charges.
4. Non-Returnable Items

Custom-built refrigeration units, specially ordered spare parts, and consumables (such as refrigerants) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
5. Warranty Claims

Products covered under manufacturer warranty will be serviced or replaced as per the warranty terms.
